The goal of the laboratory is to investigate complex intelligent systems that require adaptation, learning, optimization, and control. Current projects include distributed optimization and control, retail market design, demand response, and integration of renewables and storage in smart grid, Smart Interdependent-Infrastructure design with applications to transportation-energy infrastructures, Cyber-physical security in aerial systems using robust adaptive control and on-line learning, Systems and Control tools for cyber-physical security, and analysis and synthesis of cyber-physical & human systems for efficient urban mobility.
